2. Service Overview

  • User App: Users can request rides and place food delivery orders from nearby restaurants within a specified radius.
  • Driver App: Drivers can accept ride and delivery requests and earn through completed services.
  • Restaurant Portal: Restaurants can manage their menus, receive orders, and assign deliveries.

3. User Obligations

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Misuse, abuse, or fraudulent use of the platform is strictly prohibited.

4. Driver Responsibilities

  • Drivers must hold valid licenses and follow local transportation and delivery laws.
  • Drivers are expected to act professionally, deliver orders promptly, and follow safety protocols.
  • Any inappropriate behavior or repeated cancellations may lead to account suspension.

5. Restaurant Partner Terms

  • Restaurants must ensure food safety, timely preparation, and accuracy of orders.
  • It is the responsibility of the restaurant to update menu items, prices, and availability.
  • Delayed or canceled orders without justification may result in deactivation.

6. Payments & Fees

  • All payments are processed securely via third-party gateways.
  • Service charges and commissions may apply to rides, deliveries, and restaurant transactions.
  • Drivers and restaurants will receive payments according to their agreements with Muftaax.

7. Location-Based Services

Muftaax relies on real-time GPS to match users with nearby drivers and restaurants. You must allow location access for full functionality.

8. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Users may cancel rides or food orders within the allowed timeframe. Charges may apply for late cancellations.
  • Refunds will be processed based on individual case reviews.

9. Limitation of Liability

Muftaax is not responsible for personal losses, delays, or damages resulting from user, driver, or restaurant actions.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or harmful activity on the platform.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
